Michael Dwyer AM

Chairperson, Board of Director

Director from June 2019. Chairperson from 1 September 2020.

Member of the Board Investment, Audit and Risk and People and Remuneration Committees.

Michael is Chair of Hope Housing Fund Management Limited, a Director of Iress Limited and the Sydney Financial Forum. He is also a member of the ASIC Consultative Panel (ACP) ASIC Public and Private Markets Advisory Group Network (Advisory Network), Hope Housing Advisory Board and MSquared Capital Advisory Committee.

Michael has more than 30 years of experience in the superannuation and investment sectors. He was CEO of First State Super (now Aware Super, one of Australia’s largest super funds) for 14 years and General Manager of NSW industry super fund ASSET Super for 10 years. He is a former Director of the Association of Superannuation Funds of Australia (ASFA), Australia for United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), Bennelong Funds Management and a founding Director of Fund Executive Association (FEAL).

Michael Coutts-Trotter

Deputy Chairperson, Board of Director

Director from April 2023, Deputy Chairperson from May 2023.

Michael was first appointed to head a NSW Government department in 2004 and has since led 7 agencies. He is now the Secretary of NSW Treasury. Before joining the public service, Michael was chief of staff to a NSW Treasurer for 7 years.

Michael is an ex officio director of Insurance and Care NSW Board (icare).

He is also a fellow of the Institute of Public Administration of Australia.

Rob Kenna

Chief Executive and Board of Director

Rob was appointed Chief Executive in December 2025. Rob joined TCorp in 2021, most recently serving as the General Manager, Financial Markets.

Prior to joining TCorp, Rob spent more than 20 years with Commonwealth Bank of Australia where he most recently led a portfolio of debt and distribution businesses.

Rob is also a member of the AFMA Market Governance Committee and NSW Treasury’s Asset and Liability Committee (ALCO).

Ian Saines

Chair of the Board Investment Committee.

Ian is Deputy Chairman of the United States Study Centre and a Non-Executive Director of Macquarie Bank Limited, Air Lease Corporation and Catholic Schools Broken Bay Limited. Ian is also a member of the Diocesan Finance Council for the Catholic Diocese of Broken Bay.

Ian’s career spanned 40 years in investment and commercial banking and asset management. He was most recently Chief Executive Funds Management at Challenger Limited.

Ian was formerly Group Executive of the Institutional Banking and Markets division at Commonwealth Bank of Australia, in addition to previous roles at Zurich Capital Markets Asia, Bankers Trust Australia Limited and the Reserve Bank of Australia.

Glenn Stevens AC

Member of the Board Investment, Audit & Risk and People and Remuneration Committees.

Glenn is the Chair of Macquarie Group Limited and Macquarie Bank Limited, Deputy Chair of the Temora Aviation Museum, Director of O’Connell Street Associates and the Anika Foundation. He is also a Board Member of the Lowy Institute for International Policy and Advisory Board Member for Global Foundation.

Glenn is an Adviser for the Central Banking Program at the Asia School of Business (Malaysia) and Hong Kong Academy of Finance.

Glenn is the former Governor of the Reserve Bank of Australia (RBA) spanning a 36-year career with the RBA.

Anne Templeman-Jones

Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee and Member of the Board Investment Committee.

Anne is currently a Non-Executive Director of MAC Copper Limited, Paladin Energy Ltd, Supply Nation, Trifork Holding AG and Weebit Nano Limited.

Anne’s executive and board career spans over 35 years. She commenced her career in a variety of audit and tax roles with PricewaterhouseCoopers (internationally and domestically), followed by commercial roles within the finance, corporate and private banking sectors including Westpac Banking Corporation, ANZ Banking Group and the Bank of Singapore (OCBC Bank). Her executive and board responsibilities have covered finance, strategy, risk and governance, cyber security, artificial intelligence, ESG and compliance.

For the past decade, Anne has held board roles across multiple sectors including banking and financial services, manufacturing, energy, retail, fast moving consumer goods and technology. She was most recently former Chair of Blackmores Limited and a Non-Executive Director of Commonwealth Bank of Australia Limited (including Chair of the Audit Committee and member of the Risk Committee) and Worley Limited.

Vicki Allen

Vicki is currently Chair of New Forest Pty Ltd and a Non-Executive Director of Steadfast Group Ltd, ING Bank (Australia) Ltd and GPT Funds Management Ltd.

Vicki’s career spanned more than 30 years in the financial services and property investment industries including senior strategic, operational and investment management roles in organisations such as Westfield, Lendlease, MLC and Trust Company.

Dominic Perrottet

LLB, BCom

Director from June 2025.

Dominic is a Director of Amplify Pty Ltd and is also currently the Head of US Corporate and External Affairs at BHP in the United States.

Dominic served as the NSW Premier from 2021 to 2023 having previously worked as the NSW Treasurer and Minister for Finance, Services and Property, spanning a decade in the NSW Government. Dominic implemented reforms to the state’s tax systems, privatising public assets to fund major infrastructure projects and led efforts to reopen NSW following the COVID-19 pandemic.

Dominic was a former Solicitor at Henry Davis York before entering NSW Parliament.

Marina van der Walt

Director from September 2025.

Marina van der Walt is currently the Deputy Secretary, Financial Management and Services at NSW Treasury. In this role she provides executive leadership and strategic direction for financial management of the Public Sector, State financial reporting, leading climate change in Treasury, Balance Sheet Management, social impact investment and leads the Treasury agency services, including Human Resources, Finance, Information Technology, Facilities and Communications.

Before joining NSW Treasury, Marina was the Head of Assurance at Infrastructure NSW for 5 years, ensuring oversight of the state’s capital works delivery program and asset management. Marina also held various roles in NSW Treasury between 2013 and 2017.

Marina has international experience in the public sector, consulting and investment banking of more than 23 years and is a CFA Charterholder.
