Welcome to our recruitment process, designed to find the best talent and ensure a seamless experience for all applicants.
After finding a role that interests you on our website or other platform such as LinkedIn, apply via our online portal, which will ask you for a few details, and to upload a cover letter and resume. You will receive an email letting you know we have received your application. Our Talent Acquisition team reviews all the applications we receive.
Our team may get in touch to find out more about you and to answer any questions you have about the role. You may then be invited to a first interview. We prefer in-person interviews but can conduct these virtually via Microsoft Teams if needed. Some roles require 2-3 interviews.
We may ask you for a financial modelling, writing or presentation task, a case study, or a psychometric assessment for more senior, leadership roles. Our Talent Acquisition team will be in touch with you to talk through the requirements of the task or assessment and to answer any questions or concerns you may have. Additional assessments can be undertaken at home within an agreed timeframe.
If you have completed an assessment (see Step 3), you will be invited to meet members of our team to present or talk through the task. If you have completed a psychometric assessment, you will be fully debriefed. By now, our Talent Acquisition team will have been in touch with you to confirm the remuneration on offer for the role.
Our Talent Acquisition team will be in touch with you by phone as soon as we can following your final interview, to provide you with feedback and to let you know the outcome of your application. If you are successful, you will be able to access your offer via our online portal.

During my time at TCorp, I have had the chance to go on internal and external secondments. Not only have these provided me with opportunities to continue learning, widen my skillset and form new networks both within and outside of TCorp, but also a renewed vigour for my career.

In my time at TCorp, I've benefited from a range of diversity in my role including the opportunity to lead large projects which has been very rewarding. I'm always impressed by the talent and professionalism of the people I work with. I've felt well supported and have appreciated the ongoing investment in my growth and development. That investment in people notably contributes to the healthy culture and positive working environment.

TCorp fosters a positive work culture, with ample opportunity to take on projects that challenge me, and support to develop my abilities. I feel lucky that TCorp’s breadth of responsibilities exposes me to a diverse set of skilled professionals, and this has encouraged me to collaborate within and outside my business unit to solve problems.
