After finding a role that interests you on our website or other platform such as LinkedIn, apply via our online portal, which will ask you for a few details, and to upload a cover letter and resume. You will receive an email letting you know we have received your application. Our Talent Acquisition team reviews all the applications we receive.
Our team may get in touch to find out more about you and to answer any questions you have about the role. You may then be invited to a first interview. We prefer in-person interviews but can conduct these virtually via Microsoft Teams if needed. Some roles require 2-3 interviews.
We may ask you for a financial modelling, writing or presentation task, a case study, or a psychometric assessment for more senior, leadership roles. Our Talent Acquisition team will be in touch with you to talk through the requirements of the task or assessment and to answer any questions or concerns you may have. Additional assessments can be undertaken at home within an agreed timeframe.
If you have completed an assessment (see Step 3), you will be invited to meet members of our team to present or talk through the task. If you have completed a psychometric assessment, you will be fully debriefed. By now, our Talent Acquisition team will have been in touch with you to confirm the remuneration on offer for the role.
Our Talent Acquisition team will be in touch with you by phone as soon as we can following your final interview, to provide you with feedback and to let you know the outcome of your application. If you are successful, you will be able to access your offer via our online portal.
