Sustainability bonds
Established in 2018, the NSW Sustainability Bond Programme provides a mechanism for investors to contribute capital to NSW Government initiatives that deliver environmental and social outcomes.
The NSW Sustainability Bond Programme enables TCorp to issue green, social and/or sustainability bonds. The Programme provides a mechanism for investors to contribute capital supporting a range of NSW Government sustainability related policies and initiatives that are aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.

The report provides an overview of the Programme, how bond proceeds were utilised and allocated to eligible assets in the pool, and the environmental and social impact of these assets. It highlights FY24 bond issuance and the new projects introduced to the asset pool.
